How do I make a return/exchange?

To make a return or exchange, you must proceed as follows:

Fill in the form / Exchange / Return document sent with the order, where you must indicate the reasons for your return / exchange, to the address:

Where can I make a return/exchange?

At the Boutique Julie store

You can submit a return/exchange at the Boutique Julie store.

In order for us to validate your return, you must always accompany your proof of purchase (invoice) and return/exchange sheet.

You can also return your items comfortably at home, just schedule their collection through the CTT carrier number: 707 200 118 or by informing us via email at vendas@julie.pt or by the number 912 381 147.

The Customer may return or exchange his item within a maximum period of 15 days after delivery. The articles must be in perfect condition, intact and complete in the same conditions in which they were received. You must also have the purchase receipt.

Returns are only made in cases of shipping errors and defects.
